We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to direct bookings and balances guest flexibility with the difficulty of rebooking dates close to arrival.

Fees and refunds
- The cleaning fee and collected taxes are refunded when the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Any uncaptured security-deposit authorization is released.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
